DROP 01 / OPERATIONS
No fake stock counts. Each piece is produced after purchase, subject to the selected garment and size being available.
Paid orders are grouped once a week, sent to Late Mile for inspection and branded repackaging, then shipped to the customer.
Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customer-paid return shipping applies; original shipping is not refundable.
Report a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect piece within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
DROP 01 / ORDER FLOW
No inventory gamble. Every paid order moves through one visible pipeline from the weekly supplier order to final customer tracking.
The paid order enters the private Late Mile dashboard and triggers an owner notification.
Late Mile groups paid pieces by product and size, places the consolidated Tapstitch order, then inspects and repackages every arrival.
The customer receives final tracking when their inspected Late Mile package ships.
MADE TO ORDER
Paid orders are grouped at the weekly cutoff and then placed with the production partner. Late Mile does not hold bulk inventory for Drop 01.
The 15–25 business-day estimate includes weekly batching, production, delivery to Late Mile, inspection, repackaging, and final transit.
Your order moves through the Late Mile dashboard, and final customer tracking is emailed when it ships.
Late Mile will contact you and provide the available options, including a full refund when the ordered piece cannot be fulfilled.
